Secantor was founded in the East Midlands in 2001 by Gordon Waine, who saw the need to help small and medium sized companies improve their business performance. He reasoned that the best way to do this was to provide top-level business expertise right into the heart of the business, rather than simply giving arms-length advice as a bank or an accountancy firm might do. And because the input of these experts only needs to be part-time, the costs are relatively low - although the benefits have invariably been very considerable.

We now have a regional structure providing Secantor business experts to companies in England, Wales and some of Scotland. In addition, we can provide a range of support specialists who are available as and when our clients need them. As you will see on this website, these services cover disciplines that are important to every business, but they are often ones that can be handled more efficiently and very cost effectively by our business experts. Of course these services can be outsourced individually from other suppliers but I believe that there is great benefit in having these activities coordinated through Secantor with a single contact holding central responsibility for quality and continuity.
