- Educated to degree level and with appropriate professional accounting qualifications
- At least seven years commercial and /or industrial experience, usually with larger organisations, so that our growth clients can benefit from people who have the knowledge and experience of operations within larger organisations
- Strategic thinkers with good inter-personal skills
- People who no longer wish to work as employees, but who acknowledge the responsibilities that go with being part of a team, with a willingness to share experiences and knowledge for the benefit of all of our clients.
Additionally having one or more of the following characteristics would be an advantage:
- Good networking skills with many contacts in the financial and commercial worlds
- FDs with good IT skills and the ability to provide historic and forecast information in a way that can be readily understood.
All of our people share a desire to influence management teams through their knowledge and experience and the way they present relevant information.
