We will first come and visit you. We want to understand your business and what you are looking for both now and in the longer term. We will, without any commitment on your part, spend a day with you to review your business and assess your needs.

We will then discuss your requirements and make a proposal. We will introduce you to the Secantor expert we feel is most appropriate to work with you, in terms of experience, expertise and personal chemistry. When you are comfortable with the basis of our support, we will join your team without delay.

We work on a day rate basis or against agreed deliverables. We are a true variable cost that you can increase or reduce, depending on your needs.

You therefore are able to acquire experienced, high quality business support for a fraction of the cost of employing that same individual(s), but have none of the additional costs and risks associated with employment – no recruitment fee, NI or pension obligations, fringe benefits or redundancy obligations.
