The Oxford Times article, “How to Raise That Cash” appeared in the Business Advice pages of the paper and emphasised that funding was available, but to obtain it, businesses had to make it easy for the lender. The really important steps were to be open and honest and to be able to demonstrate that there is a good level of Financial understanding and control.
